Costa Rica's forests are full of life, but much of it is easy to miss without someone who knows where to look. On this four-hour tour, you walk at an easy pace with a knowledgeable guide, looking for exotic birds, monkeys, sloths and the other animals that live in the area, all in their natural habitat.
Our guides spend their days reading the forest: a rustle in the canopy, a call from the treetops, a shape curled high in a branch. They'll point things out, share what they know about each animal and its home, and take the time to make sure everyone gets a good look. Wildlife is wild, so every outing is different, and that's part of what makes it special.
This tour suits families, mixed-age groups and anyone who enjoys nature without a demanding hike. As a family-run company, we're happy to talk through your group's needs beforehand and give you an honest answer about what will work. Tours run in English and Spanish, and French or German can be arranged with advance notice.
