Our promise
Honest answers before you book
We're Wilson and Elsy, and since 2009 we've been planning Costa Rica trips the way we'd plan them for our own family. Elsy founded Coati Tours with a special focus on rural community and accessible tourism, and part of her work is inspecting the tours we offer.
That means when you ask us whether a trail, a boat, a vehicle or a hotel will work for you, we answer from what we know, not from a brochure. If something isn't a good fit, we'll say so plainly and suggest something that is.
Tell us about everyone who's coming: how far you like to walk, whether stairs or uneven ground are a concern, how much rest you need, and what you'd love to see. Then we build the trip from there:
- Activities chosen for what your group can enjoy comfortably
- Transportation arranged from arrival to departure, through our transport and lodging service
- Lodging picked with your needs in mind, whether a hotel or a house
