- How far ahead should I book?

Please book at least 48 hours in advance, especially in peak season from December to April. Last-minute bookings are possible depending on availability, so just send us a message and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
- What languages do your guides speak?

Our guides are fluent in English and Spanish. Tours in French and German can be arranged with advance notice, so let us know when you first write.
- Do you pick us up from our hotel?

Yes. We offer pickup and drop-off from most hotels in the La Fortuna area, and transportation is included in all tour packages. Need airport transfers or help with lodging? See Transport & Lodging.
- Are your tours suitable for children?

Most tours are family-friendly and suitable for children 5 years and older. For families with younger children, we can arrange private tours. Tell us your kids' ages and we'll suggest what fits.
- Can you adapt a trip for seniors or reduced mobility?
