If you've ever wanted to see a waterfall from the inside of the canyon rather than from a viewpoint, this tour is for you. Starting from La Fortuna, you'll spend about four hours combining the thrill of rappelling with the beauty of Costa Rica's waterfalls and the green rainforest around them.
Your guide fits you with the equipment you need, explains each step and stays close as you lower yourself down the rock beside the falling water. There's time to take in the sound of the river, the spray and the jungle on every side. We go at a pace that feels right for your group, so first-timers and experienced adventurers can both enjoy the day.
This is a moderate tour, best for travelers who are comfortable with some physical effort and a little height.
