Coati - Our go-to in Costa Rica!

Coati was recommended to us and we highly recommend them to others. Coati was so easy to work with and made our trip to Costa Rica so much more enjoyable with great recommendations, solid transportation (transfers and rental car), and responsiveness.

Wilson picked us up from the airport without a hitch. He offered to stop for local coffee and pastries, as well as a wonderful dinner further into the drive. Wilson also stopped at a grocery store for us to grab some groceries. Elsy checked in with us just before and after each activity, was very responsive with all questions, and was willing to shift some activities around based on weather.

Amazing. Will most definitely use Coati again when in Costa Rica. Highly, highly recommend Coati. Pura Vida!

Our experience with Coati Tour Costa Rica was exceptional! From start to finish, the company managed our activities and daily trips seamlessly, even providing fantastic dinner and lunch suggestions and making table reservations. They treat us like family members, which was incredible!

A huge shoutout to Wilson and Leonardo—both were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about Costa Rica's attractions and wildlife. Wilson, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our trip was memorable. His excellent driving skills made even the winding, narrow roads comfortable for our kids, which was a huge relief. He was extremely enthusiastic, he makes stops to show us viewpoints and wildlife along the way. His skills to spot animals and birds are magical.

This is what vacation was meant to be! No worries, no wasted time, full flexibility and always someone right there ready to help you make the most of your vacation and ensure you're taken care of.

Wilson and Elsy are amazing - like having close friends ready to ensure you're able to make the most of your entire trip. Wilson is an incredibly safe and courteous driver - you can relax in comfort with great AC, WiFi, cold drinks and snacks (he'll remember your favorites!). Want to stop along the way to see wildlife? Wilson keeps an eye out and will pull over with his spotting scope so you can get a better look and take amazing photos! Hungry? Just let him know what you'd like to eat and he'll call ahead to great spots along the way, get you the menu (via WhatsApp) and even pre-order for you if you're in a rush. Want to try different activities? Elsy has tried them all and will help you determine what will work best for you and your group - she'll book tours for you with transportation for wherever you're staying (Airbnb or hotel) and let you know timing, what to bring and wear (all via WhatsApp) (she'll even arrange to have items you may accidentally leave behind returned directly to you - my son forgot his phone on the tour shuttle!). Need your laundry done or money exchanged? They've got you covered.

I highly recommend Coati Tours. As my son said 'Wilson always comes through.' He picked us up from the airport and drove us to Arenal. Along the way, he found us a great place for lunch. He provided a great beginning to our Costa Rica experience and helped us understand the history, the landscape, the animals and birds, and what we would enjoy doing.

He took us on a wonderful tour of the Mistico hanging bridges, stopping along the way to show us wildlife and ensuring we all got to see and understand our surroundings. He then found us another fantastic place for lunch.

Later in the week he took us from Arenal to Guanacaste and along the way he arranged an amazing tubing experience down the Rio Celeste.

Wilson is a tour guide that truly enjoys what he does and genuinely cares about his clients. He is very patient and flexible. His wife Elsie was also amazing in helping arrange all the details of our tours. They are wonderful people and I would trust them with any of their tours or recommendations.
