What is your cancellation policy?

For accommodations, transportation, and activities:

60 to 45 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of deposit
44 to 1 day(s) prior to arrival: No refund of deposit

For tours only:

30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
After 15 days: No refund

Extra fees and peak season charges may apply.

What should I bring on the tour?

We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, water bottle, and a camera. We'll provide all necessary equipment for specific activities.

Do you provide transportation?

Yes, we offer pickup and drop-off services from most hotels in the La Fortuna area. Transportation is included in all our tour packages.

Are the tours suitable for children?

Most of our tours are family-friendly and suitable for children 5 years and older. We can also arrange private tours for families with younger children.

What languages do your guides speak?

Our guides are fluent in English and Spanish. We can also arrange tours in French and German with advance notice.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (December-April). Last-minute bookings are possible based on availability.
